1995
Basis IT established in 1995 was the first BasisGroup company. Basis IT core business is the provision of IT systems and infrastructure services.

1998
Projest: with global expansion, the increasing demand for software development made it necessary to establish a dedicated department. Projesct was created in response to this requirement. After operating independently for a number of years, it became part of BasisGroup in 2012.

2000
Basis Plant Services srl: apart from the Millennium bug with which everyone is familiarremembers, the year 2000 will be remembered within BasisGroup for the foundation of Basis Plant Services, which focuses on the provision ofi technical field services to the Oil and Gas and Power Generation sectors.

2004
Basis UK: was set up in 2004 as a new hub to handlesupport customers located in Northern Europe and the North Sea area.

2005
Basis East Europe Services: a newly developed portfolio of services was proposed to existing customers with the aim of maintaining same quality standards while also offering significant cost reductions.

2016
Beeverlab: innovation was important to the group in 2016 and Beeverlab was established in order to support companies by providing innovative new solutions.

2017
Bizeta 42: 2017 was the year of new challenges in which BasisGroup established Bizeta 42 in partnership with Zucchetti HR management software in order to expand the services offered to customers.
